2. Eligibility 

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services. By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and current.   

3. Account Registration 

To place an order, you will need to create an account with us. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.   

4. Product Information 

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of products, including images, pricing, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions are error-free. If a product is incorrectly listed, we reserve the right to correct it and either proceed with or cancel the order, depending on the circumstances.   

5. Pricing & Payment 

• Pricing: All prices are listed in Brunei Dollars (BND) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. 
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, online bank transfers, and digital wallets. Payment must be made in full at the time of checkout. 
• Errors in Pricing: If we discover a pricing error in your order, we will notify you and give you the option to reconfirm your purchase at the correct price or cancel it.   

6. Orders and Acceptance 

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not signify acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order, including for reasons of stock unavailability, payment issues, or pricing errors.   

7. Shipping and Delivery 

• Shipping Fees: Applicable shipping fees will be calculated and shown during the checkout process. 
• Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. We aim to deliver within the stated timeframe but are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance, courier delays). 
• Delivery Location: We currently ship only within Brunei. International shipping is not available at this time.   

8. Returns and Refunds 

• Return Policy: Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt if they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. 
• Food, Beverage, and Perishable Items: Refunds for food, beverage, and other perishable items are available only if the items are found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery. Customers must request a refund within 24 hours of receipt, providing proof of the issue (e.g., photos). Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method. 
• Non-food Products: No refund policy applies for non-food items. All sales for non-food products are final unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. In such cases, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the product for assistance. 
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 14 business days upon approval of the returned items. Refunds will be credited via the original payment method. 
• Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized products, and sale items, may not be eligible for return.   

9. Promotions and Discount Codes 

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to specific terms and conditions. Discount codes cannot be applied to previous orders or combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.

HIVE Brunei will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the website or inability to use the services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of the site after such changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.   

15. Governing Law 

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brunei.
